Shift lead supporting 150+  ARCENT Intelligence users on multiple networks at multiple sites in Kuwait.  Provide Tier I desktop, hardware, and network administration support and troubleshooting on multiple networks.  Provide subject matter expertise on infrastructure and power requirements and projects, including both copper and fiber cabling, power distribution, and required facility upgrades.  Consult with military and contract leadership on SCIF physical security and maintenance requirements.  Apply in-depth knowledge of Active Directory, DHCP, Windows desktop and server platforms, Ghost, and SCCM in support of customer requests for service and requirements, including exercise surge support.  Maintain legacy and new network switches and client systems as needed.  Document solutions to problems within tracking system and maintains diagrams and inventories of current infrastructure.  Provide training and oversight to junior technicians.  Report unresolved problems to Tier II support as required.
